That’s why I offer a free 30 minute virtual consultation. This half hour virtual consult gives us the opportunity to explore whether we’re the right match for each other without the pressure of financial commitment. During this time, we can delve into what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and get a sense of how we might work together. It’s a chance for you to experience my therapeutic style firsthand and for us to explore how our partnership can support your needs.
In this session, you’ll have the space to share your story and ask any questions you might have about the therapeutic process. You’ll also have the opportunity to express what you’re hoping to gain from therapy and how you envision it helping you at this time. Without the added anxiety of paying for a session, you can focus on whether this feels like the right environment for your healing journey.
